ORGANIC MEAT

Strictly from Red Pezzata fed with grass and hay! Our meats are aged for a minimum of 15 days to a maximum of 45 for the most important cuts.

We only value the meat from our farm, in order to maintain a closed cycle on the farm. The animals are fed on green grass and pasture when the sky allows it and hay from our fields. The fields, the farm and the laboratory are certified BIO by the Ceviq Certification Body.

All cuts of meat are vacuum packed with the label indicating the name of the cut. It is fresh meat that can be frozen and must be consumed after cooking. The meat has already matured. After booking, please wait for our confirmation.
